Stronghold Roofing LLC ("Stronghold," "we," "our") is a Florida roofing contractor. We are the "data controller" of information collected through strongholdroofing.com.

• Information you give us — name, phone, email, property address, roof type, insurance situation, and any notes you type into a form or share on a call. If you upload a photo, we store that too.
• Automatic information — pages you visit, referring URL, general location (city / region derived from IP), device and browser type, and interaction events (buttons clicked, scroll depth). Collected through cookies and analytics tags.
• Communications — SMS, email, and phone conversations you have with us are logged so we can pick up where we left off.

• Respond to your quote request and schedule an inspection.
• Send you your written scope, warranty registration, and follow-ups about your roof.
• Improve the site — figure out which pages help homeowners and which don't.
• Run advertising to Florida homeowners with similar roofing needs (only in the ways described below).

We do not sell your personal information. We share what's necessary with:

• Manufacturers (e.g. GAF, Sherwin-Williams) — only the fields needed to register your warranty.
• Financing partners — only when you actively apply for financing through a linked application.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, CRM, SMS, and email tools that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Advertising platforms — hashed identifiers used for retargeting or lookalike modeling; you can opt out via the cookie preferences described below.
• Legal — where required by subpoena, court order, or law.

Quote leads, contracts, warranty registrations, and correspondence are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty service or as required by Florida contractor recordkeeping law. Analytics data is aggregated and retained per platform default (typically 14–26 months).

You can ask us to (a) confirm what information we hold about you, (b) send you a copy, (c) correct or delete it (subject to warranty and contractor-record retention), or (d) opt out of marketing communications and targeted advertising. This site is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, vendor review) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the care we'd want for our own family.

We update this policy when the tools we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Substantive changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
