Stronghold Roofing LLC ("Stronghold," "we," "our") is a Florida roofing contractor. We are the "data controller" of information collected through strongholdroofing.com.

• Information you give us — name, phone, email, property address, roof type, insurance situation, and any notes you type into a form or share on a call. If you upload a photo, we store that too.
• Automatic information — pages you visit, referring URL, general location (city / region derived from IP), device and browser type, and interaction events (buttons clicked, scroll depth). Collected through cookies and analytics tags.
• Communications — SMS, email, and phone conversations you have with us are logged so we can pick up where we left off.

• Respond to your quote request and schedule an inspection.
• Send you your written scope, warranty registration, and follow-ups about your roof.
• Improve the site — figure out which pages help homeowners and which don't.
• Run advertising to Florida homeowners with similar roofing needs (only in the ways described below).

We do not sell your personal information. We share what's necessary with:

• Manufacturers (e.g. GAF, Sherwin-Williams) — only the fields needed to register your warranty.
• Financing partners — only when you actively apply for financing through a linked application.
• Service providers — hosting, analytics, CRM, SMS, and email tools that process data on our behalf under contract.
• Advertising platforms — hashed identifiers used for retargeting or lookalike modeling; you can opt out via the cookie preferences described below.
• Legal — where required by subpoena, court order, or law.

Quote leads, contracts, warranty registrations, and correspondence are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty service or as required by Florida contractor recordkeeping law. Analytics data is aggregated and retained per platform default (typically 14–26 months).

You can ask us to (a) confirm what information we hold about you, (b) send you a copy, (c) correct or delete it (subject to warranty and contractor-record retention), or (d) opt out of marketing communications and targeted advertising. By submitting a form or texting us, you consent to receive follow-up SMS from Stronghold. Reply STOP to opt out. Standard messaging rates apply. We may record inbound phone calls for training and quality — you'll hear a notice when we do.

This site is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, restricted access, vendor review) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information with the care we'd want for our own family.

We update this policy when the tools we use change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Substantive changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.

Stronghold operates a small internal OAuth application that uploads lead-conversion events from this website to our own Google Ads account. It is used by Stronghold staff only, on our own advertising account, and is not offered to the public.

When a Stronghold staff member connects the application, Google prompts them to grant these scopes:

• openid and email — so our internal dashboard can display which Google account is currently connected.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/datamanager — to upload lead conversion events to our own Google Ads account via the Google Ads Data Manager API.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords — to read the names and ids of the Google Ads accounts the connected staff member can access, so they can choose which account receives this website's conversions. This application does not change campaigns, bids, or budgets.

What we send Google: hashed identifiers (email, phone, name, address) for leads submitted through our own website forms or phone calls, so paid-search reporting can match the lead back to the ad click. No visitor data collected through this website is shared with Google beyond the hashed identifiers already covered in section 4 ("Advertising platforms"). No Google user data is used to train models, sold, transferred, or shared with any third party.

How the grant is stored: the Google-issued refresh token is stored server-only in Cloudflare Workers KV, encrypted at rest, and is never sent to the browser. The grant can be revoked at any time by any Stronghold staff member from the internal dashboard's "Disconnect Google Ads" button, or by the connected Google account from myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party access.

Limited Use. Stronghold Roofing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
