"Stronghold Roofing is our go-to on every project — we’ve done 3 with these guys already and happy every time! Everyone is very professional and responsive. It’s such a pleasure to work with Brandon. When we had an emergency roof leak on one of our rentals recently, he made sure his repair guy could get to us in a timely manner. When it was time to do a roof replacement on another project, the process and communication was always on point, not just Brandon but also the office staff. They did cleaned up all of the debris after completion but we - being extra cautious as it was a rental - asked them to come back and sweep through to make sure no nails were left behind. Not only did they respond right away, **the owner Matt came out to the project personally to make sure we were happy with the service. 10/10 outstanding customer satisfaction!** This is the relationship we’d like to build with our contractors and will continue to use Stronghold for future projects. Oh and I forgot to mention, their pricing is very reasonable compared to the service and products provided. An absolute bonus!!! This’s not a bias review btw, we have very high standards for our projects, so we expect the same when it comes to workmanship and quality. These guys definitely deliver it. Once I decided to pull the trigger with Stronghold Roofing - solely due to the conversations I had with Nathan and the first meeting with Brandon Patterson when he came out to look at the roof - I worked exclusively with Brandon and it was fantastic. Always quick to respond to any questions or calls I had. The price, quality, and outcome of everything was fantastic. The install crew - led by John Ax - worked quickly and did an amazing job on the metal roof we chose. So happy with the work and the choices we've made. "This is the 2nd metal roof Stronghold has done for me. I’m a landlord and also a handyman by trade. I have done several smaller metal roofs on my own rental properties myself so I know what a proper metal roof installation should look like. That’s why I use Stronghold for the jobs that are too big for me. I once got a super cheap quote from another roofer for a metal roof and the cheap price was so tempting that I chose them over my usual choice which is Stronghold… let me tell you, what a huge mistake that was. They literally butchered the roof and I spent days and days repairing their garbage work. I learned a valuable lesson… sometimes the cheapest is actually the most expensive. "There were 2 young people working for Stronghold Roofing that are a credit to thier generation. First was Brandon, our salesman, who was patient and attentive as we worked through the decision making process. (We decided on metal) He was also proactive with the communication of the progress of our roofing i.e.when the roofing would commence, when the crew would arrive, and approximately how long the job would take, basically letting us know what and when things were going to happen. Thank you Brandon. The other young man was Jonathan, the lead on the roofing crew. He was very respecful when speaking to my wife and I and answering our questions. Brandon really takes his time to go over your options and provides a really fast quote. **No pressure what so ever about using Stronghold Roofing**, in fact he asked if I wanted to shop around. They took care of everything from permits to clean up. They provided a picture portfolio of the whole job start to finish. The crew that re-shingled my home were professional and courteous. They left my home the same way they found it (also used a magnet to retrieve any loose nails from removing old shingles and placing new shingles. Happy to report no nails found). They covered my shrubs from falling debris also. The roof looks fantastic and have already received compliments from the neighbors. The price was way under what I anticipated. **Over all I couldn't be happier with the service**, product and end result."
