"Did a bit of research on local roofing companies. Decided I wanted a GAF Elite contractor... you get a better manufacture warranty if the company has that qualification. Contacted all 3x GAF elite contractors in the area for quotes. One was crazy high, Stronghold was in the Middle, **and another was about 5% cheaper.** The cheaper company's negative reviews were met without ownership of issues, as such I decided to spend a bit more and go with a company that took ownership of any issues that occur. Got the quote and found out they had availability in 10 days. Crew came out and did an amazing job... THE BAD: There were a few minor issues. A handful of plants were crushed pretty bad, I'm still finding nails in the yard (although the ran the magnetic pickup numerous times around the drive, so no nails in tires!), **and they broke a $8 pool filter pressure gauge.** The GREAT! - Crew was well staffed, kind and considerate. All work was done in 1.5 days. No trash was left behind. I have a fragile driveway (decorative top overcoat), they put plywood over the entire drive to protect it from heavy trucks and debris. Salesman was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had before, during and after the work. Roof looks great! All in all, ZERO complaints. I will happily use this company again on any property in Lakeland that I am working on!!! Pricing is competitive, and probably cheaper in the long run compared to the cheapest options. Go Stronghold!"

"I am a Lakeland Realtor & reached out to Joe Trotter with Stronghold Roofing after being referred by a mutual client, to replace the roof of a current home seller. After seeing the quality work, I called Joe and he was extremely professional from the beginning. He advised me he would respond out the following day to provide a quote for a complete roof. When Joe contacted me the following day, as promised, he advised he could complete the roof for a very reasonable price and would have it completed within the next 2 weeks (prior to the appraisal of the home, which is currently under contract and set to close in a week). Again, as promised the permit was quickly obtained, job was completed & the roof has passed its final inspection… ALL WITHIN 2 WEEKS. From first phone call to final inspection! "I am a realtor with a Listing in the Polk County area. When my Seller signed the contract to List, we knew she needed a roof on her main house, as well as the detached apartment. My Seller did not have the funds to pay to have the the roof installed at the time of the Listing. After putting her in touch with Jimmy Battaglia he was able to explain to her the options Stronghold offers to a customer to pay for a roof at Closing. We moved forward with the Listing with this as condition. "Have you ever spent money on something and later thought, man, I DID NOT want to spend money on that thing? Every time I look at my brand new roof (that Stronghold Roofing did a fantastic job on) I start thinking of all the things I could’ve bought if I hadn’t spent a boatload of money on a dumb roof. Yes, of course I badly needed a new roof—and if you’re reading this you probably do too. But be prepared to shelve your dreams of buying that exotic Toyota Camry you’ve had your eye on, because roof. Here’s my short list of things I’d have rather spent my money on. 4 to 6 of those fancy dogs that don’t shed Pre-Kindergarten at Lakeland Christian School 2012 Toyota Camry (Beige) Bolstering my Pog Collection Setting actual cash on fire, just to experience what that’s like. But seriously. You probably do need a roof. So use these guys. I got a couple quotes and they were a good price, came exactly when they said they would, cleaned up after they were done, and maybe most importantly, they were honest and did good work. I guess my kids will just have to go to regular pre-kindergarten for free now."

"They started our roof installation yesterday and completed it today. I was so very impressed with not only their timely installation, but their neat and tidiness. When I arrived home from the office yesterday, they had been working a full 12 hour shift. When I left the next morning for work, my yard was immaculate! There was not only not a piece of debris, trash anywhere to be found in my yard, but my driveway and sidewalk’s were swept! Talk about impressed!
